Confidentiality and respect of privacy
| Casanuts treats all information received from owners and renters when they subscribe as members of casanuts as confidential. This information is necessary to ensure that the contacts between owner and renter function correctly and to permit casanuts to offer its members an effective and personal service. It is also with this same aim of providing a personalised service that casanuts uses cookies to signal that you have visited the site. As required by article 34 of the 'informatique et liberté' law No.78-17 of January 6th 1978, you have the right to access, change, correct and delete data concerning you. To exercise this right, all you have to do is change your information on-line in 'Your member's space' or contact us by e-mail or post at the following address: Société casanuts, 28 rue des petites écuries, 75010 PARIS, France. The above conditions which form part of a declaration made to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (French data protection service), registration no.: 1137191 do not prevent the cession or transfer of some or all of the casanuts business to one or more third parties. |

| You have to be a member in order to use some of the casanuts services (create your ad, if you are a owner; contact a owner, save an ad in your selection, save your search criteria, if you are a renter). When doing this, you are asked to provide information for your account (e-mail address, password) and your profile. The forms indicate which data is compulsory and which is optional. However, you can browse the site without providing any personal data. If you do this, you don’t have access to members only services. To make the casanuts network work, we record your testimonials, your evaluations and other members evaluations of you. To provide you with a better service, our marketing team conducts regular statistical studies on user's behaviours and interests. Some data concerning your browsing patterns and site use are automatically recorded as part of this. These data are compiled and analysed as a whole and may include the URL that you have just visited, that to which you go to (whether these addresses are on our site or not), your browser type and your IP address. To make it easier to use the site and improve security, some pages on the site install cookies on your computer. Cookies are little files stored on your hard disk and not on our site that allow us to provide you with targeted information based on your interests. e.g. the cookie avoids you having to enter your password too often during a session. The cookies only last the length of your session. You can always forbid cookies in your browser's settings options. You should be aware that if you do this some of our services will not be accessible. Amongst other things, you will be required to enter your password several times during the course of an average session. If you use the services of one of casanuts partners, the partner may send us information about you. |

4. Security |
| In order to protect the confidentiality of your personal data against loss or interception by a third party, we are obliged to ensure that communications and data storage are secure. However, you should be aware that there will always be a risk, even if minimal, that your personal data is lost or intercepted by a third party. For this reason, the most sensitive personal data (the no. of your credit card) are collected and transmitted by the PAYBOX high security platform. All the phases of a payment by credit card are fully encrypted and protected. This uses the SSL protocol coupled to the bank's monetic. This means that information about the credit card number and the order do not circulate on the internet in an non-coded format. Casanuts does no know your credit card number and PAYBOX does not store your credit card number once the transaction has been completed. This means that no one has access to digital or printed information about your credit card details. The risk of having one's credit card pirated on casanuts is zero. |

5. Use of data concerning other members of casanuts |
| To make exchanges easier between casanuts members, you have access through the services (testimonials, evaluations, rental enquiries...) to some personal data concerning other casanuts members. Furthermore, as a owner, you will receive information about renters by e-mail. By accepting our General Conditions of Use, you agree, in respect of personal data obtained from the site or through us, to use said data only for making communications that are directly related to your use of the casanuts site or for any other use for which the member concerned has given their specific informed approval. It is forbidden to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to other members. In all cases, you must provide members with a right of access, change, correction and deletion to personal data relating to them. Furthermore, except in the special cases mentioned herein, you may not communicate personal data concerning other users to any third party without the consent of both casanuts and the members concerned. |

6. Sending an ad by e-mail |
| Sending publicity material by e-mail or any other routing service for the abusive distribution of electronic or postal letters or for any purpose that is contrary to our General Conditions of Use is forbidden. We do not use e-mail addresses that you provide for any purpose other than sending e-mails. Under no circumstances will we cede these e-mail addresses. |

7. Password management |
| You are responsible for all actions undertaken using your e-mail address and password. Consequently, you should never give your password to a third party. If you lose control of your password, you also risk losing control of your personal data and being held responsible for the engagements made in your name. Please note that casanuts will never ask you to send personal information, such as your password, credit card number or bank account details, by e-mail. If you receive an e-mail that asks you to update this sort of information, do not reply to it and contact us immediately. If your password should become known by a third party, you should change it in 'Your member's space'. |

8. Scope of these regulations |
| These regulations on confidentiality and respect of privacy only cover the use and communication of data collected by casanuts, without exception. They do not apply to the use and communication of your data by third parties on our site or other sites, whether to renters or owners, when you communicate them yourself. Advertisers also have their own rules on confidentiality and respect of privacy. We recommend that you read them carefully. |

9. Notices |
| We reserve the right to change these regulations based on your comments and the changes in the rules that we apply to collecting and divulging data. All changes to these regulations will apply thirty days after they are published on-line and an e-mail being sent to users who have requested e-mail notification. We give you thirty (30) days notice so that you can, if you so desire, advise casanuts that you do not accept the changes which means that the contract formed by the General Conditions of Use and these regulations on confidentiality and respect of privacy as well as your right to use casanuts members only services will terminate at the end of this notice period. |
