Casanuts Chart of Trust

The Casanuts Chart of Trust specifies the obligations for owners, renters and Casanuts.
By becoming a member of Casanuts, you approve the Chart of Trust and accept your responsibilities whether you are an owner or a renter. Having all the members respect the Chart of Trust is the best insurance against ‘unpleasant surprises’ and ensures that your rentals are trouble free.
Casanuts, as a trusted third party, agrees to monitor that the Chart of Trust guidelines are respected by all the members.

  • detailed ad that conforms to the reality
  • accurate price calculations

Update their information regularly

  • descriptions
  • photos
  • schedules

Communicate with renters

  • reply systematically to every rental enquiry
  • fast and reactive exchanges with potential renters

Welcome the renters

  • tidiness and cleanliness of the premises
  • give a tour, take an inventory, explain how equipment works, tips and recommendations...…
  • services available on demand: beds made upon arrival…

Help the renter if there is a problem

  • repair equipment during the stay
  • help, even from afar, with organising their stay

Evaluate the renter

  • evaluation after every rental
  • objectivity when evaluating the renter
